On October 9, 2020, the AGF Equipamentos® promoted an action in honor of the Children's Day for the children of the company's employees. Kits with candies and sweets were delivered, as well as a beautiful card that reminds us of the importance of this simple tribute, with all the care they deserve!

The action was planned and carried out especially at the headquarters of Espírito Santo do Pinhal (SP), where the largest number of employees is located. The kits were also delivered to employees of the branch, located in Cachoeiro do Itapemirim (ES), AGF Rental (RJ) and to the commercial team, which serves the entire national territory.

In all, more than 70 children were presented. For Carol Garcia, responsible for the company's social actions, carrying out projects involving the employees' family members is extremely important, as this way, it is possible to strengthen ties between the employee and the board, in addition to improving the organizational climate. “Our goal was to bring a little affection to the children and to value this very important phase that is childhood. Even if this year this date is celebrated at home by our employees and their children or stepchildren, we can demonstrate the human side of the company and reinforce how fundamental it is to preserve and respect our children ”, he declared.

Yuri Victor, responsible for the company's marketing department, highlighted all the care taken in the delivery of the kits, prioritizing the safety and health of children and their families. "We cleaned all the kits, kept the social distance of the employees at the time of delivery and asked the parents to take the kits for the children to enjoy at home, after all, protection should always be placed first," he said.

Also according to Yuri, AGF Equipamentos® intends to maintain and improve this action in the coming years. “It was the first year for many! Depending on how our country will be in relation to the pandemic next year, we may even be able to think of something in person, to amuse our children ”.
