AGF Equipamentos® employees received a simple tribute this last Monday (03/03) for International Women's Day, with the right to a video and a tasty breakfast. In all, 15 employees were honored in this action carried out by the company's Human Resources and Marketing department.
At around 9:30, the action started with a nice message from Brenda Oliveira, from the Human Resources department. Then the women were invited to participate in the special breakfast and, soon after, they were presented with cookies and cards specially prepared for each one.
In the end, AGF Equipamentos® employees were able to watch a tribute video with a message from the director, André Garcia, who praised the importance of women in the industry and the conquest of women in spaces and functions that previously were only filled by men.
According to Brenda Oliveira, this type of action aims to strengthen diversity within the company and show the female struggle for equal rights. “It is essential to highlight the strength and importance that women have in the industrial sector, in a predominantly male space. Women who transform the world, we also find within the industry ”, declared Brenda.
According to director André Garcia, AGF Equipamentos® aims to make women part of the company's development more and more. In his statement, the director highlighted the importance of women in the company and for the corporate and industrial sectors. “It is well known to all that women have been conquering their space in various segments of society, and it is no different in the job market. Therefore, in our corporate environment, it is essential that women feel important, as they are fundamental parts of our team ”.
